Change over day is normally Saturday with arrivals from 16:00. Please do not arrive any earlier as the house will not be ready for you. Final day departure is by 10am.
Pets and smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the gite, however, you are welcome to smoke outside using the sand pots provided.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the owners.

Bookings:
- A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking.
- If the holiday is cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival a full refund is made. If the holiday is cancelled up until 1 week prior to arrival 50% is refunded, less than one week prior to arrival no refund.
- The booking will be held for one week.
- If the deposit and signed contract are not received by this date we cannot guarantee the booking.
- The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
- This is only refundable should the property be re-let for that period.
- A damage deposit of 500€ is required against breakages and will be refunded no later than two weeks after departure.
- This is payable along with your balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
